There have been a few new additions to the NSB Homes team. We say team, because it truly is a group of unique individuals who make up this dynamite real estate agency. Introducing Betsy Miller, Travis Ford, Chris Botting, and Jamie Sterns. Each brings their own individual style to NSB Homes to help round out the team.
Betsy Miller has been a childhood friend of Donna Concannon’s for, well, forever! They are both native New Smyrnians and loved growing up on the beach together. While Betsy’s path took her to Orlando to raise her children and work in the school system as a guidance counselor,
it eventually brought her back “home” to New Smyrna. Betsy loves working with David and Donna because of the boutique agency feel of NSB Homes. She works best with a one-on-one approach the agency implements. And her years of counseling make her a very good listener, an essential quality in a real estate agent! When Betsy isn’t in the office she’s out enjoying the NSB Lifestyle. She loves taking her dog to the NSB Inlet Dog Beach
and canoeing in the river.
Travis Ford is not only a new agent with David and Donna, he’s a client too! After moving back to New Smyrna Beach via Canada and California, David sold Travis his house on beachside. Travis comes from a Retail background and left the corporate world to enjoy the NSB Lifestylewhile raising his son, Aidan. Travis is proud to call himself a soccer dad, surfer, and concert con issuer! He’s living the dream at the soccer field watching his son play Goalie, staying active on a surf board and going to see killer live music in NSB whenever he can. After developing a friendship with David and Donna (that may have included a few craft beers at the local brewery), it was a no brainer for Travis to join their team at NSB Homes.
You may have seen Chris Botting around town or at one of our favorite local restaurants, SoNapa. He is co-owner of the restaurant and just recently got his real estate license to round out his portfolio! Chris considers himself a native and like David and Donna has tons of local knowledge. He’s known the NSB Homes duo for as long as he can remember and loves being a part of a team that feels like family. Chris keeps himself pretty busy, but manages to find time for the important things in life. Like golf, fishing, and boating. If anyone knows how to live the NSB Lifestyle, it’s Chris!

w Smyrna Beach, Jamie Stern has been a long time family friend of David Kosmos. Jamie’s life led him on a path which landed him in Los Angeles, California. While in LA he and his wife, a celebrity trainer, decided to start a family. He wanted to raise his new baby the same way he grew up. In the quaint beach town of New Smyrna with family and friends nearby. Jamie loves being “home” in NSB to surf, spend time with family, and enjoy the easy going lifestyle. He was happy to join the NSB Homes team of realtors because it’s a small boutique agency and he they like to keep it in the family!
We do things slightly different over here in good olde England in terms of Agents and selling, but your blog has certainly planted some seeds in my mind. I know how I’m going to be spending my evening planning out some video posts etc. As always, thanks a million.
